Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use alltinytools. By using the site you accept them. They are short on purpose.
What the service is
alltinytools is a collection of free tools for images, video, and audio that run entirely in your web browser. There is no account, no subscription, and no charge. The service is operated by Damir Magamedov.
You may use the tools for personal or commercial work. You do not need permission, attribution, or a licence to use the output of a tool on your own files.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, and to the fullest extent the law allows, there is no warranty that:
- the service will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors;
- a tool will produce output of any particular quality, size, format fidelity, or fitness for your purpose;
- the output will be correct, complete, or usable for what you intend;
- the service will remain compatible with your browser, your device, or any file you have.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Damir Magamedov is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost business, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Specifically about your files: the tools operate on your files inside your browser. You are responsible for keeping your own originals. We are not liable for loss, corruption, truncation, quality degradation, or any other damage to your files or their output. Keep a copy of anything you care about before you process it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your files are yours, and your responsibility
You keep all rights in the files you process. We acquire nothing, because we never receive them.
You are solely responsible for having the legal right to process any file you use with these tools — whether that is because you own it, you created it, you have a licence, or the law otherwise permits it. Do not use these tools on material you have no right to process.
What you may not do
You may not:
- use the service to process material that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- use the service in connection with content that sexually exploits or endangers children, incites violence, or is otherwise criminal;
- interfere with the site, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent its operation;
- use automated means to abuse the service, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others;
- resell, rebrand, or present the service as your own product, or misrepresent your relationship with it;
- remove, obscure, or work around the advertising that funds the site, in a version of the site you redistribute to others.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] and include:
- what you own, and enough detail to identify it;
- exactly where on this site the infringement appears (a full URL);
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We will look at every notice that contains those five things and remove or correct anything that should not be there. Note that this site hosts no user-uploaded content — the tools process files locally in your own browser — so in practice a complaint will concern the site's own text or images.
Changes and discontinuation
The service is free, and it is run by one person. It may be changed, reduced, or shut down at any time, with or without notice.
These terms may change. When they change materially, the "last updated" date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings there where the law gives you that right.

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, and the storage technologies involved are listed in the Cookie Policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page.
