Rotate PDF pages that came out sideways

Scans often arrive rotated. Turn every page at once, or fix just the ones that need it, and check the thumbnails before you export. The rotation is saved into the file, so it opens correctly everywhere — and the text stays selectable, because pages are never flattened to images.
