Transliterate Cyrillic to Latin
Type or paste Cyrillic text and get the Latin spelling under the standard you choose — including KMU Resolution 55, the rules Ukrainian passports and official documents actually use. That standard is position-dependent: Є is Ye at the start of a word and ie inside one, and зг becomes zgh rather than colliding with ж. Most transliterators use a flat table and get those wrong, which is how people end up with a surname that does not match their document. The active standard is always named on screen.
This tool runs entirely on your device. Nothing you type here is uploaded, logged or stored.

This standard is one-way. Two Cyrillic letters can share a Latin spelling, so reversing it would have to guess — use the simplified standard if you need to convert back.
